摘 要:织物疵点检测是纺织工业质量控制中非常重要的环节,其目的是及时发现疵点并修复以提高织物质量.织物缺经缺纬疵点具有明显的方向性,缺经织物在缺经位置行与行之间的能量差明显高于正常织物.通过对织物相邻各行或相邻各列之间的能量差进行计算,不但能够检测是否存在缺经缺纬疵点,而且能够确定疵点所在位置.实验结果表明,此算法检测速度快,具备较强可行性.Detection of fabric defects is an important part in textile industry quality control.The purpose of fabric defects detection is to discover and repair defects in time, and improve fabric quality.Image of end out or miss pick has obvious directivity.Energy difference between two adjoining lines at end out position is obvious larger than normal fabric.By means of checking energy difference between adjoining lines, not only end out and miss pick defects can be found, but also the positions of defects can be shown.The results of experiments show that the de-tection algorithm proposed in this paper is real time and viable.
