打造孝感“大十字”区域快速公交网络,促进城乡一体化发展

摘　　要：公交系统建设反映一个城市的综合发展水平和文明程度,同时也是其经济社会发展的重要基础。湖北孝感地处武汉城市圈的核心层,但公共交通建设滞后,一直存在起步晚、线路密度低、服务质量不高、连接城乡线路欠缺等问题,严重制约城市品位提升,社会要素流动,进而影响孝感经济社会发展。结合孝感总体城市发展战略,必须着眼于构建基于云梦——孝感——天河与孝昌——孝感——东西湖的大十字公共交通网络,推动孝感城乡一体化发展,加快与大武汉对接融合,打造武汉城市圈核心层新增长极。As an important fundamental determinant of a city＇s economic and social development, the construction of public transit system is a mirror of the comprehensive and civilized level of a city. Xi- aogan lies in the core areas of Wuhan City Circle, but its construction of public transit system has been lagged behind. There have existed various problems, such as starting late, low circuit density, poor quality of service and the deficiency of circuit that connects rural areas with urban centers, etc. , which, has severely restricted the promotion of the city＇s personal status, the flow of the social ele- ments, and thus produced negative influence on the economic and social development of Xiaogan. With the overall urban development strategic planning of Xiaogan, the grand-cross of public transit network which is formed by two circuits （Yunmeng-Xiaogan-Tianhe and Xiaogan-Xiaochang-Dongxi- hu） should be constructed, which is able to promote the urban-rural integration of the city, speeding up its joint and integration with Wuhan and making new economic growth of the core areas of Wuhan City Circle.
