摘 要:通过巷道现场监测、松动范围探测、底板矿物成分测试等方法,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏的特点。针对该矿高应力极破碎软岩巷道提出了预留大变形量、初期支护采用带大变形组件的锚杆锚索与金属网柔性支护,后期采用先浅后深二次注浆加固支护,最后再对巷道表面喷射混凝土组成的动态联合支护,达到了释放围岩变形能和降低围岩应力、支护结构与被支护的围岩共同承载、形成了联合承载结构的目的,充分发挥了围岩的自身承载能力,有效地解决了顶底板与两帮持续变形最终破坏的难题。Through the field monitoring of roadway,looseness range detection,the backplane mineral composition test,analyses the characteristics of deformation and failure of surrounding rock of roadway.About the mine high stress soft rock roadways set aside large deformation are put forward,primary support with large deformation components of bolt anchor cable and metal net flexible support,late the first shallow deep second after grouting reinforcement,finally,on the surface of sprayed concrete dynamic combined support,up to the release of surrounding rock deformation and reduce the stress of surrounding rock,joint bearing of surrounding rock supporting structure and supporting,the purpose of the formed joint bearing structure,give full play to the bearing capacity of surrounding rock itself,effectively solve the deformation of roof and floor and two continuous eventually damage problem.
