摘 要:目的:对临床医学八年制实习阶段医学生进行临床技能培训,探讨临床医学八年制医学生实习阶段临床技能培训的必要性和有效性。方法:对南方医科大学第一临床医学院2007级临床医学八年制进入实习阶段的医学生,根据"三基"要求,开设临床技能培训课程,分析到课率与临床技能考核成绩的相互关系。结果:通过对到课率的统计分析,发现到课率>80%的学生的各项操作成绩明显高于到课率≤80%的学生(P<0.05),培训对于辅助检查判读的成绩没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:临床医学八年制医学生在实习阶段开展临床技能培训可有效提高临床技能操作水平。Objective : To explore the necessity and effectiveness of the clinical skills in eight-year medical education during Internship. Methods : To improve the clinical skills of students of eight-year program of clinical medicine in South Medical University, based on the requirements of “Basic knowledge, Basic theory, Basic skills”, analysis the relationship between the rates of attendance and the grades of clinical skills. Results : Analysis the rates of attendance, students with the rates of attendance ≥80% got better grade than those whose rate of attendance 〈 80% ( P 〈 0.05 ) , there is no significant difference in reading auxiliary examination after training ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: To carry out the clinical skills training during internship can effectively improve clinical practice.
