摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,眼视光人才的需求量也越来越大。可是一方面是企业招不到人,员工流失严重,另一方面是学生对就业满意度不高,学校招生碰到困难。眼视光学教育必须顺应人们对视觉健康内容和层次不断增长的需求,扩展眼视光专业执业范围,改革眼视光的培养目标及模式,提高眼视光专业人才的社会地位。With the improvement of people＇ s living standard, the Optometry talents are in great need. While employers have difficulty retaining staff, the graduates are not satisfied with their jobs and school enrollment become difficult. Optometry education must conform to people＇ s growing need for visual health in terms of its content and level, expand optometry professional scope of practice, reform training target and pattern to improve the social status of Optometry talents.
