摘　　要：武汉科技大学和美国华盛本大学自2008年进行了中外合作办学创新型护理人才培养的实践,形成了创新型护理人才培养模式。但在人才培养实践中也面临一些困境,需要中外合作双方高校的深度合作和积极、长期的努力。Since 2008,nursing creative talent training has been carried out in Wuhan University of Science and Technology and Washburn University in America. A creative talent training model has been developed. However,the predicament in talent training demands deep collaboration and positive and long-term efforts between the two universities.
