摘　　要：培养具有较强动手能力、创新思维和科研能力的新型应用型人才是的医药卫生市场的需要,为提高应用型药学人才培养质量,对药理学实验课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核评价机制等多个教学环节进行改革与探索,提高了药学专业学生的动手能力、创新能力和科研能力。It is the need of medicine and health care market to training men for new type of practical talents with strong practical ability,innovative thinking and scientific research ability. In order to improve the quality of applied pharmaceutical talents,pharmacology experiment course system teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation mechanism were reformed. The reform and exploration improved the pharmaceutical professional students＇ practical ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability.
