摘 要:目的:探讨教学法在临床专业生物化学教学中实施的效果。方法:在生物化学教学中进行WPBL教学法和传统教学法的对比研究,通过问卷调查评价学生的学习态度和满意程度,并通过闭卷考试评价教学效果。结果:WPBL教学组的问卷调查显示,92%的学生对WPBL教学法持肯定态度,糖代谢和蛋白质代谢两章的考试成绩明显高于对照组(P=0.005和P=0.002)。结论:WPBL教学法有助于学生多方面能力的培养,提高了生物化学的教学质量。Objective: To explore the effects of WPBL on biochemistry teaching for the clinical program. Methods: WPBL teaching method was compared with traditional teaching method in the biochemistry teaching. The learning attitude and satisfaction measurement were evaluated with the questionnaires. The teaching results were assessed with closed-book exams. Result: Questionnaire of the WPBL group shows that 92% of the students had a positive attitude toward WPBL. In the exams covering the two chapters of glycometabolism and protein metabolism test scores in WPBL group were apparently higher than those in the control group( P = 0. 005 and P =0. 002). Conclusion: WPBL can help students develop various abilities and improve the quality of biochemistry teaching.
