摘　　要：转型期的青年图书馆员在学术研究中面临重重困境,这导致他们在学术研究与服务工作的失衡中迷失。青年图书馆员的学术研究可从4个方面寻求突围路径:学术研究与服务工作并重,倡导人文关怀;机构设置与"讲堂论坛"并举,践行科学管理;多重激励与成果宣传并进,鼓励价值实现;团队组建与主动学习并行,推崇学术风尚。Youth librarians in the period of the transformation face many dilemmas in the academic research,which lead to being lost in the imbalance of the academic research and the service work. The youth librarian＇s academic research could seek breakthrough paths from following four aspects： laying the equal attention on both the academic research and the service work, and advocating the humanistic care;promoting the institution setting and the ＇＇lecture and forum＇＇ simultaneously, and practicing the scientific management; developing the multidrive and the transformation of achievements simultaneously, and encouraging the value realization; making the team building and the active learning in parallel, and promoting the academic style.
