摘  要:目的:探讨血氧功能成像系统(BOFIS)与彩超(US)联合在乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:应用血氧功能成像系统和彩色多普勒超声对1 249例无症状适龄妇女(深圳常住人群)进行检查,超声综合二维及多普勒征象进行乳腺图像和报告数据系统(BI-RADS)分级,血氧功能成像系统通过显示病灶灰影的边缘特征、内部结构、微血管数量及其血含量和氧含量的变化来鉴别良恶性,疑似病例均经手术或穿刺活检病理证实。结果:经病理确诊良性病灶1 054个,恶性病灶247个。血氧功能成像系统与彩超对乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别的敏感性分别为76.9%、83.4%,联合后敏感性为95.1%。结论:乳腺血氧功能成像系统与彩超联合应用在乳腺癌筛查中有一定的临床应用价值。Objective: To explore the application values of breast blood oxygen function imaging system (BOFIS) combined with color uhrasonography (US) in screening of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 1 249 asymptomatic women (permanent resident population in Shenzhen) of childbearing age were examined by BOFIS and US, breast imaging and reporting data system (BI - RADS) classification was conducted based on two - dimensional ultrasonic images and Doppler ultrasound signs. BOFIS was used to identify benign and malignant lesions by displaying the margin character, internal structure, the number of micrangium, the changes of blood flow and blood oxygen content of tumors, the suspected cases were confirmed by operation or pathological examination after biopsy. Results: After pathological diagnosis, 1 054 lesions were benign and 247 lesions were malignant. The sensitivities of BOFIS and color US were 76. 9% and 83.4% , respectively, the sensitivity of joint diagnosis of BOFIS and color US was 95.1%. Conclusion: BOFIS combined with color US has a certain clinical application value in breast cancer screening.
