康艾注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸积液的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价康艾注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和安全性。方法:采用循证医学系统评价方法,计算机检索收集康艾注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的随机对照试验(RCTs),采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇随机对照研究,共550例病例。Meta分析结果显示:与单纯顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液比较,联合康艾注射液明显提高恶性胸腔积液治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,降低骨髓抑制和消化道毒副反应的发生率。结论:康艾注射液联合顺铂能提高恶性胸腔积液患者的治疗效果,改善生活质量,并降低顺铂化疗的毒副作用,值得临床借鉴。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Kang＇ai injection plus Cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion（ MPE）. Methods A comprehensive search strategy was designed to identify all randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） comparing Kang＇ai injection plus Cisplatin chemotherapy with Cisplatin chemotherapy alone MPE by searching database. RevMan 5. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Totally 9 RCTs involving 550 patients were included. The Meta- analysis showed that compared with the application of Cisplatin therapy only,the Cisplatin therapy combination with Kang＇ai injection can enhance the curative efficacy,improve the quality of life and reduce the suppression of bone marrow and the gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion The current evidence indicates that Kang＇ai injection combined with Cisplatin can enhance the therapeutic effect on MPE patients,improve the quality of life and reduce adverse effect of application of Cisplatin therapy only,and thus it is worth referring in clinic.
