摘  要:校企合作问题是一个历久弥新而又难以突破的话题,在当前校企合作治理公共理性缺失和信息不对称的背景下,国家、地方教育部门、职业院校和企业等利益相关者在参与校企合作过程中基于自身利益的考量,形成了各自的行为逻辑,这些行为逻辑相互作用和影响,使校企合作治理陷入层层困境。面对错综复杂、相互交织的制度逻辑关系网,建立明晰的校企合作产权制度,完善校企合作执行中的"委托-代理"制度和实现"多中心"治理应成为进一步优化校企合作治理的策略。The discussion aboutschool-enterprise cooperation has been lasting for a long time and hard to reach conclusions. In the case of the current school-enterprise cooperation,public rationality and symmetric information sharing are lack in the regulation.In their participation in school-enterprise cooperation, the central government, local education administrative departments, vocational schools and enterprises considerate their own interest and form their own behavior logic, which intertwine with one another to drag school-enterprise cooperation into deep trouble. Facing the complicated and intertwined net of administration logics, it should be the optimistic tactic to establish clear property right system of school- enterprise cooperation, refine the delegation-agency system in school-enterprise cooperation implementation, and realize the multi-center regulatory system.
