摘 要:针对航空发动机在低转速下轴承腔出现的漏油问题,深入分析了航空发动机在低转速下产生漏油问题的原因.提出了一种解决航空发动机低转速下轴承腔的漏油问题的有效方法,即设计一种应用在后轴承腔供油路上的流量管理阀.开展了流量管理阀打开压力及流阻特性试验,试验表明:流量管理阀的打开压力和流阻特性满足航空发动机低转速下既向轴承腔少量供油以对轴承进行润滑又防止轴承腔内供油过多而导致漏油的设计要求.研究方案可为解决航空发动机低转速下轴承腔漏油问题提供设计参考.Targeting the oil leakage of bearing chamber of aero-engine at low rotating speed, the reasons of the oil leakage of bearing chamber of aero-engine at low rotating speed were analyzed. A efficient method solving the problem was proposed, including the design of oil flow management valve applied to the oil supply pipeline of rear bearing chamber. The opening pressure and flow resistance characteristics tests of oil flow management valve were carried out, and the result shows that the opening pressure and flow resistance characteristics of the oil flow management valve can satisfy the requirements of supplying a little oil to the bearing chamber for lubricating bearing, and also preventing oil leakage with oil overa- bundance of bearing chamber of aero-engine at low rotating speed. The research can be a reference for solving the problem of oil leakage for the bearing chamber of aero-engine at low rotating speed.
