摘　　要：医疗委员会制是医疗机构中广泛应用的一种制度形式。通过分析国内医疗机构中医疗委员会制运行的现状及存在的问题,借鉴其在不同国家和地区医疗机构的成功运用经验,指出医疗委员会制是现代医院治理结构中必不可少的组成部分,起到整合医疗与行政的重要桥梁作用,并提出成功运用的作用机制与精细化管理方案。Medical committee system is widely applied in medical institutions. By analyzing the situation and problems of medical committee system in China, learning from the successful experience of implementing the system in different countries and areas, the essay points that medical committee system is a necessary part of modern hospital governance structure, which plays an important bridge role in integrating medical and administrative affairs. It gives further solutions of operating mechanism and detailed management of this system.
