高等教育学分转移交换生模式及实施策略

摘　　要：在我国教育方针政策指引下和全球化持续发展的大环境中,开展国际交流是高等教育向高端化和国际化发展是必然趋势。学分转移交换生模式作为高等教育国际交流中一种新兴的方式,有利于高等院校顺应教育全球化潮流、转变办学理念、充分利用国际教育资源和培养国际化复合型人才。在高等教育中推行学分转移交换生教育模式需要结合高等院校的办学实际,通过实施完善学分认证体系,构建支持交换生教学管理平台和国家监管制度不断完善等策略实现教育国际化。Under the guidelines of Chinese education policies and the environment of sustainable globalization development, to carry out international exchanges in higher education is an inevitable trend seeking for high-end and international development. As an important way of international exchanges in higher education, exchange students credit transfer mode is greatly significant for vocational colleges in following the trend of education globalization, changing educational philosophy, making use of international education resources and training internationalized students. Putting this mode into practice in higher vocational education requires combining the practical experience of vocational colleges and implementing strategies like improving credit certification system, building the supporting teaching management platform, and consummating supervises system.
