338例阿片类药物成瘾者美沙酮维持治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解开封市美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者坚持治疗1年以上的治疗效果。方法:对开封市美沙酮维持治疗门诊2009年2月一2013年6月入组参加维持治疗,且治疗时间超过1年的患者共338人进行面对面问卷调查,并收集一般人口学、药物成瘾情况、社会家庭情况、违法犯罪情况等信息进行分析。结果:在338名调查对象中其中男性279人(82.5%),女性59人(17.5%);年龄(40.7±6.7)岁,无业、初中及以下文化程度为主。通过治疗,90.2%的患者感到身体精神好转,76.9%的受治者感到基本或完全没有毒瘾,犯罪率由45.6%降至28.1%,受治者与家人关系良好的比例由23.1%升高至54.4%,与毒友关系良好的比例由78.7%降至35.5%。结论:美沙酮维持治疗门诊在疗效上确实能使受治者身体状况好转。在社会效果上能一定程度上减少犯罪、减少与毒友的交往、加强与家人的沟通,但在恢复社会功能方面改善不大,今后应该加大宣传力度,得到社会支持帮助他们解决生活技能和就业问题。Objective：To describe the effect of the patient with methadone maintenance treatment adhere to treatment more than one year in Kaifeng city. Methods：Survey carried out face to face with 338 patients who participate in the maintenance treatment in from February 2009 to June 2013 and get treatment for more than one year. Collect and analyze the information of demographic,drug addic-tion situation,social and family situation,criminal. Results：There were 279 males（82. 5% ）and 59 females（17. 5% ）in the 338 survey respondents. Their average age was（40. 7 ± 6. 7）years. Most of them were unemployed. Their primary education was junior high school. After treatment,90. 2% of the patients felt better than before,76. 9% of the governed feel little or no drug addiction, Crime rate fell to 28. 1% from the 45. 6% ,the relationship with their families increased from 23. 1% to 54. 4% ,a good relationship with drug addicts increased from 78. 7% down to 35. 5% . Conclusion：Methadone maintenance treatment clinics on the curative effect does make treatment in better health. can really make the patients to reduce crime. Reduce interaction with drug addicts,strengthen communication with family,but it play a very small role in restoring social functions,in future we should increase publicity,social sup-port to help solve the issues of life skills and employment.
