摘　　要：新课程改革不仅是课程体系的改革,更重要的是教育理念和教学方法的改革,在教学中注重导向性与前沿性和焦点性的统一、层次性与专题性和研究性的统一、实效性与理论性和情感性的统一,是确保研究生思想政治理论课新课程改革达成预期目标的关键。The new curriculum reform is not merely the reform of the curriculum system; more important is to reform the education idea and teaching method. The keys to ensure that the new curriculum reform of ideological and political theory course of graduate students achieve the desired goals are as follows： the unity of guidance, pioneering and focus during the course of teaching; the integration of hierarchy, topicality and research; and, the combination of effectiveness and theory with emotion.
