高校合同管理若干问题的思考

摘　　要：依法治校是依法治国方略在高校办学活动中的具体要求和体现,是新形势下高校办学管理的基本方略,随着社会主义市场经济的发展以及教育改革的不断深化,合同逐渐成为学校参与社会经济生活的重要手段。但是与依法治校的新要求相比,由于部分教育行政管理人员依法行政意识和能力还不强,合同管理工作还存在较大差距。因此,加强高校合同管理,从观念层面、制度层面、组织层面明确合同管理的对策,对依法治校水平的提高和学校权益的维护具有十分重要的作用。The rule of law is the rule of law and embody the specific requirements of strategy in university activities,is the basic strategy of university management under the new situation,and with the deepening development of the socialist market economy and education reform,the contract has gradually become an important means of school participation in economic and social life.but,compared with the new requirements of law,the administration according to law consciousness education administrative personnel and the ability is not strong,there is a big gap in contract management.Therefore,strengthening the contract management,countermeasures from the concept level,system level,organizational level clear contract management,plays a very important role in improving the level of maintenance and the interests of the University Law school.
