摘　　要：目的:探讨黏蛋白1(MUC1)在人肾透明细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测57例肾透明细胞癌(RCCC组)和21例肾癌旁组织(对照组)中MUC1的表达。应用Image-Pro Plus 6.0型图像分析软件定量测定阳性染色区的平均吸光度值。结果:MUC1定位表达于细胞质中,肾癌细胞和癌旁组织中均有表达,RCCC组平均吸光度值为0.429 5±0.093 9,对照组为0.337 1±0.082 2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MUC1表达与肾癌的临床分期及有无转移均有一定关系(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:MUC1在人肾透明细胞癌中表达增强,可能在人肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移中起重要作用,可能成为肾癌免疫治疗的靶抗原。Objective： To investigate the mucin 1（ MUC1） expression in renal clear cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods： The MUC1 expressions of renal clear cell carcinoma（ RCCC） tissue in 57 cases（ RCCC group） and paracancerous tissue in21 cases（ paracancerous group） were detected by immunohistochemical method. The average optical density（ OD） value in positive staining area was measured by Image-Pro Plus 6. 0 analysis software. Results： The MUC1 expressions in cytoplasm of renal cancer cells and paracancerous tissue were found. The average OD value in RCCC group and paracancerous group were 0. 429 5 ± 0. 093 9 and0. 337 1 ± 0. 082 2,respectively,the difference of which was statistical significance（ P〈0.01）. The MUC1 expression was correlated with the clinical stage and metastasis of RCCC（ P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The high level expression of MUC1 may play important roles on the occurrence,progression,invasion and metastasis in RCCC,which may be a target antigen in the immunotherapy of renal carcinoma.
