摘  要:目的探讨高校健康教育与健康促进工作模式,为提高高校健康教育效果提供可行的参考方法。方法以"授—传—授"信息传播理论及WHO健康促进策略为理论依据,设计和试用高校健康教育模式与健康促进工作模式。多阶段抽样对照评价专题活动核心信息传播效果、典型调查主观评价模式的优劣等级。结果于2011—2013年间,在试点高校成立并运行了可持续发展的梯队式"健康使者"工作队管理模式、"技术指导—学生组织实施—社会参与"社会联动工作模式、大学生自我管理健康模式、激励与积极暗示模式、程序化多维度覆叠效应健康教育活动模板。2011年世界艾滋病病日、2012年健康知识大赛、2013年世界无烟日健康教育活动后3个月,核心信息知晓率上升了17.0%,3.6%,39.6%,活动前后比较差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);8项(次)等级主观评价活动模式获认可90%以上的有5项(次);2013年"健康使者"工作队以48.3%增幅换届组队,并延伸多项公共卫生服务项目。结论高校的学生"健康使者"工作队管理模式能持续发展;社会联动模式、激励与积极暗示模式、自我管理健康模式、程序化多维度覆叠效应健康教育活动模板能显著提高健康教育效果,适合高校推广应用。Objective To provide health education on college and health promotion model to improve health education.Methods According to the theory of ' teaching-transmission-acceptance' information and WHO health promotion strategy. It was designed with college health education and health promotion model,and comparative multi-stage sampling method was used to evaluate the transmission results of special core information and the good and bad investigation levels of the typical pattern about subjective evaluation. Results Between 2011 and 2013,the university was founded and run a pilot sustainable development echelon style on the management model of ' health messengers' work force,the fully functional linkage mode of ' Technical Guidance-Student organization and implementation-community participation',the college students self-health management model,and the multi-dimensional program of health education activities overlay effect templates. After three months,increased awareness of core information were up with 17.0%,3.6%,39.6%( P = 0.000,0.002,0.000),higher than the control group level of 18.5% and 5.9%( P<0.000); behavioral health awareness activities was higher than the previous level of 6.4%( P = 0.000); 8 term( s) level subjective evaluation activity patterns was accredited more than 90 percent of five( times); ' Health messenger' was increased by 48.3% general team,and extended a number of public health services in 2013. Conclusion It works for sustainable development of ' College students health messengers' management model,full-featured social interaction model,self-health management,multi-dimensional program of health education activities overlay effect templates,and significantly improve the effectiveness of health education for colleges and universities to promote application.
