摘  要:目的了解中学生儿童期虐待、社会支持与心理亚健康的关系,为改善中学生的心理健康状况提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取蚌埠市8所中学5 116名学生,使用青少年亚健康多维评定问卷(MSQA)、儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)、青少年社会支持量表进行问卷调查。结果蚌埠市中学生心理亚健康状态的报告率为25.1%(1 282/5 116)。不同性别、学段及是否独生子女中学生心理亚健康状态报告率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。处于心理亚健康状态的中学生儿童期虐待得分高于无心理亚健康状态的中学生,而主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度及社会支持总分均低于无心理亚健康状态的中学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、儿童期虐待、社会支持、主观支持和学段均进入中学生心理亚健康状态的回归方程(P值均<0.01)。社会支持、主观支持在儿童期虐待和心理亚健康状态之间均具有部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比例分别为31.16%,25.26%。结论儿童期虐待和社会支持对中学生心理亚健康状态均有影响。对于有儿童期虐待经历的中学生,学校、家庭和社会可从提高其社会支持水平入手,以减少心理亚健康状态的发生。Objective To explore the relationship of childhood abuse, social support and psychological sub-health among middle school students,in order to improve the mental health status of adolescents. Methods A total of 5 116 adolescents in Beng- bu were enrolled with method of stratified cluster random sampling. All the participants were investigated with Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents ( MSQA ), Child Trauma Questionnarire-Short Form { CTQ- SF } and The Scale of Social Support. Results Totally 25.1% of the adolescents reported in status of psychological sub-health. The reporting rate of status of psychological sub-health differed among different gender, study stages and whether the only child ( P〈O. 01 ). The students with psychological sub-health had higher score of childhood abuse and lower score of social support than that of in the students with no psychological sub-health(P〈O. 01 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, childhood abuse, social support and subjec- tive support were influential factors to psychological sub-health ( P〈O. 01 ). The partial mediating effect of social support and sub- jective support on the relations between childhood abuse and psychological sub-health was significant( 31.16%, 25.26% ). Con- clusion Both childhood abuse and social support are the influential factors to psychological sub-health among middle school students . For students who experienced childhood abuse, improving and enhancing their level of social support can reduce the inci- dence of psychological sub-health.
