上海农民工子女小学高年级学生防病知信行及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海市农民工子女学校四五年级学生卫生防病知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素,为开展学校健康促进提供依据。方法于2011年11月—2012年3月,在上海市9所农民工子女学校中,以班级为单位整群抽取四、五年级小学生2 995名,采用自编式结构问卷调查学生卫生防病知识、态度、行为现状和相关影响因素。结果被调查学生卫生防病知识的合格率为56.7%,态度的合格率为70.6%,行为的合格率为59.2%;卫生防病知识的主要影响因素为自己期望受教育程度（OR=1.66,95%CI=1.28-2.16）;态度的主要影响因素为自己期望受教育程度（OR=2.04,95%CI=1.55-2.67）;行为的主要影响因素是自感家庭经济状况（OR=3.35,95%CI=2.45-4.59）。结论上海市农民工子女学校四、五年级小学生卫生防病知识和行为水平偏低,大部分学生表现出对健康教育的渴求。有必要针对性地开展学校健康促进,减少学生不良卫生行为的发生。Objective To explore the knowledge,attitude,behavior（KAP） and related factors on health and disease prevention among students of migrant schools in Shanghai and to provide scientific evidence for school-based health promotion. Methods The knowledge,attitude and behavior on health and disease prevention were assessed by self-administered questionnaire among 2 995 migrant students of 4th and 5th grade from 9 migrant schools in Shanghai through multi-stage cluster sampling. Results The correct rate of knowledge,attitude and behavior on disease prevention was 56. 7%,70. 6% and 59. 2%,respectively. The main factors that influenced both disease prevention knowledge and attitude was self-expected educational level（OR = 1. 66,1. 28- 2. 16; OR = 2. 04,1. 55- 2. 67）. The main influencing factors for disease prevention behavior was self-perceived family economic level（OR = 3. 35,2. 45- 4. 59）. Conclusion The level of knowledge of disease prevention on the part of migrant students is insufficient,while the desire for health education is high. So it is urgent to develop a public health workforce to address health needs among migrant students.
