摘 要:介绍了Φ140 mm自动轧管机组生产薄壁管的工艺、生产、设备现状,指出制约薄壁定尺管一次成材率的关键因素是壁厚精度。通过剪切与穿孔速度控制方式的改变、机内辊的增设与改进、轧管机孔型参数的优化,有效地提高了薄壁定尺管的管端壁厚精度,减少了管端壁厚不均造成的切损,降低了吨管钢耗,提高了一次成材率。Elaborated in the article are the main aspects of manufacture of light-wall steel pipes with the Ф140 mm plug mill line by the subjective company, including the manufacturing process, operation, and present equipment conditions. It is emphasized that the critical element which determines the primary yield of the light-wall specific-length pipes is nothing else, but the pipe wall thickness accuracy. Relevant measures are taken, including change of the control methods for shearing speed and piercing velocity, addition of and improvement on the mill built-in roller, and optimization of the rolling mill pass parameters. As a result, the pipe-end wall thickness accuracy is remarkably improved, and thus the wall unevenness-caused metal loss from pipe cutting is reduced, the steel consumption, per ton of pipes is cut down, and the primarv yield is enhanced as well.
