国医大师成才经验分析及对卓越中医人才培养的启示

摘　　要：探索现代中医药教育规律,为制订符合中医药教育规律的卓越中医人才培养模式和培养方案提供有效参考。笔者通过整理、统计文献等方法对国医大师的成才之路进行分析,发现大师们具有品德修养高尚,终身热爱中医,院校师承结合,成长特色鲜明,文化基础扎实,重视经典学习,坚持科研创新,弘扬传承中医等成才因素。总结出卓越中医人才培养的基本途径是重视经典学习、强化理论根基;反复临床实践、不断总结提高、院校师承相结合;取长补短,擅于发展中医,重视弘扬创新。To explore the law of modem education of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM）, and provide reference for the de- velopment of training mode and training programs of excellent TCM talents, the road to success of Masters of TCM was analyzed. From which, it can be concluded that the masters have noble moral character, deep love of TCM, comprehensive learning mode,in- novative scientific research idea and solid foundations of traditional culture. The basic approach to excellent Traditional Chinese Medicine talents training was emphasizing learning of traditional documents, intensifying theoretical foundation, repeating clinical practice,and strengthening scientific research innovation. Furthermore, the collaborative innovation mechanism should be estab- lished.
