摘  要:目的合成黄芩苷锌配合物,并研究其对人宫颈癌He La细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法将黄芩苷与醋酸锌反应得到黄芩苷锌配合物,并采用紫外光谱法、红外光谱法、质谱法对配合物进行表征;采用细胞毒性检测CCK-8法检测黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌对He La细胞增殖的体外抑制作用。结果锌离子可能与黄芩苷分子中葡萄糖醛酸上的羧基结合形成1∶2配合物,黄芩苷锌配合物和黄芩苷对He La细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为12.03 mg/L和8.69 mg/L。结论黄芪苷和黄芩苷锌配合物均具有体外抗肿瘤活性,但黄芩苷与锌生成配合物后其抗宫颈癌肿瘤活性降低。Objective To synthesize baicalin-zinc complex,and study its inhibitory effect on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells.Methods Baicalin-zinc complex was synthesized by reaction between baicalin and zinc acetate,and then the complex was characterized by using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum,infrared spectrometry and mass-spectrography.The inhibitory effects of baicalin and baicalinzinc complex on the proliferation of HeLa cells in vitro were detected by using CCK-8 method.Results Zinc ion (1 molecule) might combine with carboxyl of glucuronic acid (2 molecule) in baicalin to generate baicalin-zinc complex (1∶2).The haft inhibitory concentration (IC50) of baicalinzinc complex and that of baicalin on HeLa cells were,respectively,12.03 mg/L and 8.69 mg/L.Conclusion Baicalin and baicalin-zinc complex both have anti-tumor activities in vitro,but when baicalin combines zinc to generate complex,the anti-cervical carcinoma activity will decrease.
