摘　　要：目的探讨青少年颈痛的疼痛特点。方法运用临床流行病学横断面调查方法,对1 397例符合青少年颈痛标准的被调查者进行问卷调查,以Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)及简易麦吉尔疼痛量表(MPQ)为疼痛的主要评价指标,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 1 397名颈痛患者中,NPQ颈痛评分均值为(12.66±8.61),MPQ疼痛评分均值为(4.35±4.88)。高达93.3%的颈痛患者因颈痛不能随意的阅读,56.1%目前有疼痛症状,48%每天都出现不适症状。最常出现的疼痛感觉为:胀痛(30.1%)、牵扯痛(29.5%)、持续固定痛(25.1%),43.8%的颈痛患者因疼痛导致厌烦感。女性患者各项颈痛评分均高于男性患者。结论调查发现青少年颈痛具有以下特征:疼痛程度较轻,对生活及社会活动有不程度的负面影响;发病率高,颈痛症状间断性出现;以胀痛、牵扯痛、固定痛和刺痛为主要疼痛感觉类型,疼痛部位多分布在颈项部和颈肩部;与心理情感因素相互影响,疼痛程度与性别、年龄及受教育程度具有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the characteristics of neck pain in adolescents.Methods The teenager patients with neck pain （n =1397） were given questionnaire by using clinical epidemic crosssection survey.All data was analyzed taking Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale （NPQ） and McGill Pain Questionnaire （MPQ） as major review indexes.Results In 1397 teenager patients,the average score of NPQ was （12.66 ±8.61）,and average score of MPQ was （4.35 ± 4.88）.Among all patients,93.3 ％ patients could not read optionally due to neck pain,56.1％ had pain symptoms,and 48％ had uncomfortable symptoms every day.The most common pain sensations were swelling pain （30.1％）,referred pain （29.5％） and sustained fixed pain （25.1％）.There were 43.8％ patients having cheesed feeling due to neck pain.All neck pain scores were higher in female patients than those in male ones.Conclusion The survey has showed that neck pain in adolescents has characteristics as follows：lower pain degree with adverse influences on life and social activities,higher incidence with intermittent symptoms,swelling pain,referred pain,fixed pain and stabbing pain being main pain types,pain distributing in neck and shoulder,and neck pain correlating to psychological and emotional factors,sex,age and educational level.
