摘  要:目的:为提高大学生志愿者艾滋病性病相关知识水平,增强自我保护能力,减少感染艾滋病性病的风险;同时经培训合格的志愿者在寒暑假期为目标人群宣传艾滋病性病的预防知识。方法:在五所高校的大学生志愿者中开展艾滋病性病知识同伴教育强化培训,采用参与式互动教学模式,在同伴教育培训前后分别作问卷调查,以评估培训效果。结果:大学生志愿者对艾滋病相关知识的正确知晓率均较高。对艾滋病的态度中"愿意与艾滋病病毒感染者交往"的比例由培训前的69.39%(68/98)上升到培训后的87.76%(86/98),培训前后有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),对性病知识的知晓率在培训后较培训前有显著的提高,统计学有显著差异(P<0.01)。且对培训的各环节的满意程度均较高。结论:通过同伴教育强化培训有效提高了大学生志愿者性病艾滋病相关知识的正确知晓率,减少了对艾滋病的恐惧和歧视,使大学生志愿者成为一支名副其实的艾滋病性病预防宣传的生力军。Objectives:To enhance the relevant knowledge of AIDS/STD,increase the self-protecting abil-ity and reduce the risk of infection of AIDS/STD among college volunteers groups;to train qualified volunteers to popularize the knowledge of AIDS/STD prevention among targeted people during summer and winter vacation. Methods:College volunteers from five universities were trained in peer education about the knowledge of AIDS/STD through interacting teaching method.Further evaluation of training result was conducted through questionnaires before and after the training.Results:The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college volunteers was relatively high.The proportion of college volunteers who were willing to make contact with the AIDS carriers rised from 69.39%(68/98)to 87.76%(86/98)after the training (P〈0.01 ).There was a significant increase in the rate of awareness of STD among volunteers after the training (P〈0.01 ).Conclusion:The rate of awareness of AIDS/STD has been effectively promoted through the peer education training process;discriminations and fearfulness against AIDS/STD carriers have been effectively reduced among the volunteers as to make college student a name worthy troops in propagandizing the prevention of AIDS/STD.
