摘  要:为了加强对青少年等弱势群体的监护,设计并实现了一种基于手机的安全监护系统;阐述了系统的总体设计,介绍了手机端程序、服务器端程序的架构和程序流程;将OPTICS聚类算法应用于轨迹坐标,提出一种分层的轨迹聚类方法,对被监护人停留点等有意义信息进行挖掘;实验中,被监听端手机每隔10s发送一次坐标数据,数据采用<phoneNum,time,lat,lngt>四元组的形式存放在服务器中,采用三层的OPTICS聚类算法对轨迹停留点进行发现,实验结果显示分层的OPTICS算法可以有效地发现被监护人的停留位置;通过实际的部署和验证,该系统稳定可靠,算法合理有效,数据收发准确,提高了社会对弱势群体的监护管理效率。In order to strengthen the supervision of the old man, children and other vulnerable groups, a kind of safety monitoring sys- tem is proposed. This paper expounds the overall design of the system and introduces structure and program flow chart of the mobile client programs and the server program. OPTICS clustering algorithm is applied to trajectory coordinates to find the stay points which are associat- ed with the semantic information in our database. A method of layered clustering is introduced to make the stay points more reasonable. In experiment, the slave phone sends its GPS position every 10 seconds. The GPS data is organized as〈phonenum, time, lat, lng〉 and stored in the server. The experiment results show that algorithms can find the stay points efficiently. By the actual deployment and verifica- tion, this system proves to be stable and reliable. Algorithm is reasonable and effective. Phones send and receive data accurately. It improves the efficiency of social care management of vulnerable groups.
