成批伤情景模拟培训在急诊轮转护师急救培训中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨成批伤情景模拟培训提高急诊轮转护师急救能力的效果。方法对参与急诊轮转的拟聘护师进行成批伤情景模拟培训,培训前后采用评判性思维能力测量表(the critical thinking disposition inventory Chinses-version,CTDI-CV)及自行设计问卷调查表对其急救思维培养及学习兴趣等进行效果评价。结果情景模拟培训实施后,132名轮转护师的评判性思维特质和总分均有不同程度提高,与培训前比较差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论成批伤情景模拟法培训能提高轮转护师急救思维能力,是一种较理想的急诊护师轮转培训方法。Objective To explore the effect of the application of mass casualty incident （MCI）simulation training in improve rotary nurses＇emergency ability.Methods MCI simulation was used in the training of rotary nurses,and by using the critical thinking disposition inventory Chinses-version （CTDI-CV）and self-designing questionnaire before and after training to evaluate the change of emergency thinking ability and learning interest.Results After MCI simulation training,the emergency thinking and overall scale of 132 rotary nurses were improved before MCI simulation （all P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion MCI simulation training can improve the emergency thinking ability of rotary nurses,and it＆#39;s an ideal way of training rotary nurses at emergency department.
