摘　　要：开发了以西门子可编程控制器为核心的技能操作训练课题,可以提升武钢电气类员工的职业素质和职业技能,同时也能借此打造一流的职工培训师资,并使得硬件资源得到充分利用。rogrammable logic controller （PLC） is widely used in WISCO .The Skill Training program based on Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core can not only conform to an effective measure of talent develop-ment strategy implemented by Wuhan Iron and Steel （Group） Company ,but can also enhance the electric class staff＇s professional quality and professional skills in WISCO .At the same time ,the program can build a first -class team for staff training and make full use of the hardware resources .
