摘 要:高压静电场工业现场普遍存在各种干扰,基于采样信号时域特征的火花检测算法误判漏判率偏高。为了提高控制决策的准确性,通过电路分时等效特性分析,利用了高压静电场工作过程三阶段线性特点建立主回路的仿真模型,并应用Duhamel积分原理建立高压静电场输出电压信号离散化模型。通过Matlab软件仿真运行和分析,结合信号频域特性的火花检测方法更为可靠。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性和较强的抗干扰能力。As a result of complex factors in industry site of high-voltage electrostatic field, sample signals are susceptible to interference. Traditional spark detection methods, which are mainly based on time domain, cannot achieve better performance. In order to improve the accuracy of control decision, a simulation model, which is composed of three linear stages in the working process, is introduced together with analysis of time division for equivalent circuit of HVEF. With the application of Duhamel integration, a discretization model of output voltage signal is estabished. After simulation and analysis with Matlab software, the result proves that the method combined with frequency domain characteristic can be achieved more reliably. Experiment results show that the spark detection method has high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
