摘　　要：绩效考核工作是现代人力资源管理工作中的一项重要内容[1]。文章主要阐述了农业科研机构科研人员绩效考核的现状,分析了现行农业科研人员绩效考核工作中存在的问题,以期为建立科学合理的农业科研人员绩效考核体系提供参考。Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management. In order to provide reference to build a more scientific performance appraisal system of agricultural scientific workers, in this article, we elaborated the state, and analyzed the problems of the current performance appraisal of agricul-tural scientific workers.
