氟西汀联合性感集中训练法治疗早泄疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟西汀联合性感集中训练法治疗早泄(PE)的临床疗效,为治疗该病提供更多参考。方法将2013年8月至2014年2月该院收治的69例PE患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(34例)。对照组采用性感集中训练法,治疗组在对照组基础上服用氟西汀20 mg/d,疗程4周。比较两组患者治疗后性生活满意度。结果治疗组患者治疗后性生活满意度好转率和显效率[65.71%(23/35)、22.86%(8/35)]优于对照组[52.94%(18/34)、2.94%(1/34)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀联合性感集中训练法治疗PE临床有效率较高,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the effect of the Fluoxetine combined with erogenous focus exercise on premature ejaculation（PE）,and to provide pharmaceutical reference for the disease. Methods From August 2013 to February 2014,69 patients with PE were divided into treatment group（n=35）and control group（n=34） randomly,both treated by erogenous focus ex-ercise and the treatment group was added with Fluoxetinein,four weeks as a treatment course. The sexual satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The the rate of improvement of sexual satisfaction and cure rate were 65.71%（23/35） and 22.86%（8/35） respectively in the treatment group,which were obviously higher than those in the control group[52.94%（18/34）, 2.94%（1/34）] with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with erogenous focus exer-cise is highly effective in the treatment of PE with few adverse effects.
