学科建设背景下的地方高校院系资料室建设

摘　　要：随着中国高等教育的发展,学科建设在高校发展中的作用日益凸显,已经成为提高各个高校核心竞争力和学术品位的重要力量。由于种种原因,地方高校院系资料室在学科建设中存在一些问题,没有发挥应有的作用。院系资料室在今后的发展中必须与学校的学科建设结合起来,做到目标明确,实现资料室建设与学科建设的有效互动。With the development of China＇s higher education, the discipline construction is playing a more and more prominent role in the development of Chinese universities, which has become an important force in promoting the core competitiveness and academic level of each university. Owing to various reasons, there still exist several problems in the discipline construction as far as the local universities＇ departmental reference rooms are concerned. They are unable to play the role they are supposed to play. Consequently, the future development of departmental reference room must be combined with the discipline construction of each university, with the goals clearly defined, so that the effective interaction between the construction of reference rooms and the construction of disciplines will be realized.
