中医护理联合常规护理高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医护理联合常规护理高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按就诊先后顺序分为两组。对照组45例常规护理,1合理安排生活;2定期测量血压;3提高社会适应力;4合理饮食;5保持大便通畅。护理组45例中医护理,1耳穴贴压,王不留行籽贴压在患者双耳降压沟处,并双手半握拳,食指在耳前,拇指按于耳后降压处,从上到下进行摩擦,连续进行16次,3次/d;选取太冲、三阴交、合谷、曲池、内关等穴位进行按摩,每个穴位按摩3~5min,2次/d;肝火亢盛,将白菊花2000g晒干装入到枕芯中;阴阳两虚,将桑叶、干地黄、巴戟天各500g,丹皮200g晒干后碾成粗末并装入到枕芯;2适当运动及按摩;常规护理同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测护理效果、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床护理效果两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,护理组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中医护理联合常规护理高血压疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing care Hypertension. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients by nursing chronologically into two groups. Usual care control group of 45 patients, （1） reasonable living arrangements ; （2） regular measurement of blood pressure ; （3）improve social adaptability; （4） reasonable diet; （5） keep the stool.45 cases of Chinese medicine nursing care group. （1） Vaccaria seed days in patients with ears sticking sulcus buck and a half fist with both hands, index finger in front of the ear, thumb buck is in the ear, from top to bottom friction, continuous 16 times, 3 times / d;select Taichong, Sanyinjiao, gu, Qu pool, massage and other points within the customs, each acupressure 3 - 5min, 2 times / d; anger Kang Sheng, the dried white chrysanthemums 2000g loaded into the pillow in;yin and yang, the mulberry leaf, dry yellow, Morinda each 500g, 200g dried after Dan crushed and loaded into the thick end pillow; （2）proper exercise and massage; routine care with the control group. 7d is a continuum of care treatment. Observing the effect of clinical care, adverse reactions. 2 treatment continuum of care, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Both groups to improve clinical care effect （ P〈0.05 ）, improving care group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Joint routine nursing care medicine hypertensive effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
