小柴胡汤临床运用研究简况

摘　　要：小柴胡汤源自《伤寒论》,主治伤寒少阳病,《伤寒论》有关小柴胡汤的条文有20余条,治疗范围广泛,被誉为"少阳机枢之剂,和解表里之总方"。兼备八法之变基础,疏气转枢,能畅三焦,达腠理以透其外,能舒胆木、利腑道以安其内,具表里分消之功;发阳气以散寒,行相火以透热,寒热并治;助运机以布真元,开郁结以导邪浊,虚实双调;治疗肝胆病证、肺系病证、妇科病证、肾系病证、脾胃病证等方面疗效良好,无副作用,值得推广。Minor Decoction of Bupleurnm originated in ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂, indications typhoid shaoyang disease, relevant provisions of that has more than 20, the treatment of a wide range, known as the ＂Shaoyang pivotal agents, the total settlement international＂. Variablebase has eight laws, regulating the qi flowing in the channels, clear triple energizer, relaxing bravery to achive, with the inside and outside the power dissipation; fat yang to cold, line of fire to diathermy, treat cold and heat ; to help transport pneuma, open to guide the evilstagnation of turbid, and double adjustable ; curative effect in treatment of hepatic disease, lung disease, gynecological diseases, kidney diseases, diseases of the spleen and stomach and good, no side effect, is worth promoting.
