Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of β- Galactose lectin 3 and Clock genes PER2 in non- small cell lung cancer. Methods Study the expression of β- Galactose lectin 3 and Clock genes PER2 in 90 cases of non- small cell lung cancer tissue and 20 cases of normal lung tissue by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression rate of β- Galactose lectin 3 in non- small cell lung cancer tissue was 56. 7%,while in the normal lung tissue was 25%( P〈0. 05). The expression rate of Clock genes PER2 in non- small cell lung cancer tissue was 58. 9%,while in the normal lung tissue was 85%( P〈0. 05). The expression of β- Galactose lectin 3 in non- small cell lung cancer was related with the differentiation degree,Lymph node metastasis and TNM staging( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the normal tissue, the β-Galactose lectin 3 was higher expression and Clock genes PER2 was lower expression in the non- small cell lung cancer. We can infer the β- Galactose lectin 3 and Clock genes PER2 played an important role in the occuring and developing of non-small cell lung cancer.
