摘　　要：工程机械传动系统主要分为机械传动、液力传动、静液压传动、电传动。山推工程机械股份有限公司传动分公司产品覆盖液力变矩器、变速箱、驱动桥、减速机等传动零部件,通过资源优化整合,整机匹配优化为用户提供高效、节油、性能可靠的工程机械传动方案。经过实际测试并经优化设计固化后的一套5吨装载机节能传动系统,开发了低转速大能容的液力变矩器,较原5吨装载机传动系节油超过11%,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The engineering machinery transmission system is mainly divided into mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission hydrostatic transmission and electric transmission. The products of the Transmission branch of ShanTui Co., LTD cover the transmission parts of hydraulic torque converter, transmission, drive axle, reduction gear and so on. Provide high efficient, oil-saving, reliable transmission schemes for the user by optimizing the integration of resources and the matching optimization. After the energysaving transmission system of a set of 5 tons of loader is by actual test and optimum design of curing, we develop a torque converter with descending speed and large capacity. It＇s up to 11 pecent more oil-saving than the transmission system of the original 5 tons loader, with good economic benefit and social benefit.
