摘 要:以定转速变排量型泵控差动缸系统为研究对象,对系统进行理论分析,在仿真软件Simulation X中建立系统的仿真模型,对定转速伺服变量泵直控差动缸系统的位置控制特性进行仿真研究。搭建试验平台,用试验的手段对仿真结果进行验证,试验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性。仿真和试验结果表明,定转速伺服变量泵直接控制差动缸系统控制特性较好,为推广应用泵控系统提供了一定的技术支持。The target of this paper is the system of differential cylinder controlled by the pump with the type of constant speed and variable capacity. Based on the analysis of the system, the systematic simulation model is set up in Simulation X and the simulation study of the characteristics of the position control in this system is carried on. During the study process, the author sets up the test platform and testifies the simulation result, the validity of which is verified by the test. Simulation and test results indicate the good characteristics of the constant speed servo pump-controlled differential cylinder system which provide the application of the pump-controlled system with technical support.
