摘  要:电液伺服系统的故障机理复杂,若发生故障,要准确查找出系统引起的故障原因有相当的难度。通过仿真软件AMESim采取自下而上的建模方法对阀控非对称液压缸电液位置伺服系统进行建模,将故障参数移入仿真模型进行故障仿真,AMESim自动计算出系统主要元件的仿真曲线。仿真结果表明,采用AMESim可实现对实际的电液伺服系统主要元件的故障模拟化,获得故障曲线图,并且仿真结果对故障监测与诊断以及液压产品升级改造具有一定的参考价值。Complicated fault mechanisms of electro-hydraulic servo system, if a fault occurs, there is considerable difficulty in finding out the reasons of the malfunction being caused by the system exactly. It is adopted a bottom-up modeling method through simulation soRware of AMESim to model the controlled asymmetric cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system, shifting the fault parameters into simulation model to carry out fault simulation, AMESim calculates the simulation curves of the main components of system automatically. The simulation re- sults show that using AMESim can let the fault simulation of the main components of actual electro-hydraulic servo system be achieved, oh- mining the fault curve graphs, and the simulation results have certain reference value not only for fault monitoring and diagnosis but also for the upgrading of hydraulic products.
