立体定向内放疗并γ-刀治疗颅内囊实性转移瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的介绍立体定向内放疗联合γ-刀治疗颅内囊实性转移瘤的手术流程并评价疗效。方法对15例颅内囊实性转移瘤病人行CT引导立体定向穿刺活检后抽吸囊内液,注入32 P内放疗联合对肿瘤实体部分行γ-刀治疗。结果本组15例病人术后临床症状均有所改善。术后第6个月时影像学复查,显效7例,有效4例,无效3例,恶化1例。无严重手术并发症。结论利用立体定向技术内放疗联合γ-刀治疗脑内囊实性肿瘤,有良好的疗效,并具有并发症少、安全、微创的优点。Objective To introduce combined gamma knife radiosurgery with stereotactic intracavitary brachytherapy for cystic and solid intracerebral metastatic tumors and evaluate its efficacy. Methods Combined intracystic radiotherapy using 32p with gamma knife was applied to treat the solid part of the tumor after aspirating cyst fluid by CT-guided stereotaxis in 15 patients with intracranial metastatic tumor. Results Postoperative symptoms of all the patients improved. A recheck of imaging six months after surgery indicated seven patients were excellent, four were effective, three invalid and one got worse. No severe opera- tive complications were noted. Conclusion The effect of combined s2p intracystic radiotherapy with gamma knife for intraeranial metastatic cystic and solid tumors is good with few complications, safe and micro-invasive.
