摘  要:目的通过测量牙列缺损病人可摘局部义齿修复前后的咀嚼效率,探讨后牙咬合对数(POPs)与咀嚼效率的相关性。方法根据牙齿数目和POPs将54例牙列缺损病人分为A、B、C、D共4组。A组:22例全牙列者,平均8.50个POPs;B组:10例单颌至少10颗牙者,平均6.80个POPs;C组:7例单颌至少10颗牙齿者,平均3.57个POPs;D组:15例单颌少于10颗牙齿者,平均1.73个POPs。通过咀嚼人工食物,以称质量法测量病人修复治疗前后的咀嚼效率。结果修复治疗前后相比较,A组病人的咀嚼效率均高于B、C、D组(F=31.389、15.574,q=-8.971^-3.192,P<0.05),B组高于D组(q=-2.314、-2.331,P<0.05)。B、C、D组修复治疗后X50均值低于治疗前(t=-5.310^-3.189,P<0.05)。结论牙列中POPs越多,咀嚼效率越高;可摘局部义齿可提高牙列缺损病人的咀嚼效率。Objective To explore the relationship between posterior occluding pairs (POPs) and masticatory efficiency through measuring the removable partial dentures in patients with defect of dentition before and after repair. Methods Fiftyfour patients with defect of dentition were divided into groups A, B, C and D according to number of teeth and POPs. Group A, 22 patients with complete dentition, including 8.50 POPs on average; Group B, 10 patients with an average of 6.80 POPs, and at least 10 teeth in each jaw; Group C, seven patients with an average of 3.57 POPs and at least 10 teeth in each jaw; and Group D, 15 pa- tients with an average of 1.73 POPs and less than 10 teeth in each jaw. A test was done to measure masticatory efficiency, before and after restoration. Results Before and after the treatment, group A showed a significant better mastieatory efficiency than groups B, C and D (F=31.389,15.574;q=-8.971- -3.192;P〈0.05); Group B performed better than group D (q=-2.314, 2.331;P〈0.05). The mean value of XS0 in groups B, Cand Dwaslower than before treatment (t=-5.310 --3.189,P〈0.06). Conclusion The more POPs the patients have, the better masticatory efficiency will be performed. Removable dental prosthesis can improve the masticatory efficiency.
