Cdc37在结直肠腺癌中的表达及临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的研究Cdc37基因的表达水平与结直肠腺癌发生、发展的相关性。方法收集26例结直肠腺癌组织及对照癌旁正常组织,用半定量RT-PCR技术检测Cdc37基因的表达水平并进行分析。结果 Cdc37基因在结直肠腺癌组织中的表达水平低于其在对照癌旁结直肠组织中的表达水平(P=0.012);Cdc37基因在有远处淋巴结转移的结直肠腺癌组织中的表达水平低于其在无远处淋巴结转移的结直肠腺癌组织中的表达水平(P=0.010);随着结直肠腺癌的恶性程度的增加,其表达水平有下降的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.562)。≥60岁患者的结直肠癌组织中Cdc37的表达水平高于<60岁患者,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.619);Cdc37基因表达水平差异与结直肠腺癌患者的性别无相关性(P=0.054)。结论 Cdc37基因在结直肠腺癌中的表达水平显著降低,可能与结直肠腺癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Cdc37 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression level of Cdc37 mRNA was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR in 26 pairs of human colorectal adenocarcinoma and matched normal tissues. Results The expression level of Cdc37 mRNA in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colorectal tissues（ P = 0. 012）. The expression of Cdc37 mRNA in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues with distant lymph metastases was significantly lower than that in those without distant lymph metastasis（ P = 0. 010）. Cdc37 expression decreased as the malignancy degree of colorectal adenocarcinoma increased,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P = 0. 562）. The expression level of Cdc37 mRNA in patients≥60 years old was higher than that in those 〈60 years old,but the difference was not significant（ P = 0. 619）. Cdc37 mRNA expression was not correlated with patients＇ gender（ P = 0. 054）. Conclusion The decreased expression level of Cdc37 mRNA in colorectal adenocarcinoma may be related to the development of the disease.
