摘　　要：当前,我国农民工职业技能培训存在着企业参与积极性不高、农民工参加培训的比率较低、培训内容与市场需求相脱节、技能培训重生存轻发展等问题。农民工特别是新生代农民工的职业技能培训应当以市场需求为导向,建立多层次的职业技能培训体系,创新职业技能资格鉴定,健全职业技能培训资金投入机制。Currently, in the training of migrant workers＇ vocational skills in China, there exist such problems as the negative involvement of companies in it, the lower ratio of the involvement of migrant workers, the divorce of training content from market demand, focus on survival while ignoring development in skills training. The training of the vocational skills of migrant workers, especially new-generation migrant workers should be oriented on market demand, and needs establishing a multi-level system of vocational training, innovating an appraisal of vocational skills qualification and improving a funding mechanism for vocational skills training.
