翼状胬肉100例自体角膜缘干细胞移植疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察翼状胬肉自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选取2007年11月至2011年1月在莘县中医院眼科就诊的100例（100只眼）翼状胬肉患者，在手术显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除并自术眼上方取角膜缘干细胞组织移植到巩膜暴露区且缝合。观察角膜创面愈合、植片生长成活及翼状胬肉复发情况。结果100例移植片全部成活，角膜创面愈合好。术后随访6～24个月，有4例复发，复发率为4.00％（4／100）。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉，取材方便，术后无并发症，复发率低，安全有效，适合基层医院推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of pterygium limbal stem cells transplantation for treatment of pterygium. Methods One hundred cases （100 eyes） of pterygium patients were collected from Shenxian Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2007 to January 2011. Pterygium were removed under microscope, and then obtained corneal limbal stem cells that from above the eyes, transplanted to the sclera zone exposure and sutured. Corneal wound healing, graft survival, growth and the recurrence of pterygium was observed. Results All 100 cases of graft survive, corneal wound close well. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. Among them 4 cases recurred, and the recurrence rate was 4% （4：100）. Conclusions It is convenient to obtain autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium. The operation is safe and effective with no postoperative complications and low recurrence rate. It is suitable for hospitals to widely spread.
