摘 要:目的:探讨冷光美白联合祛氟剂技术与光固化复合树脂治疗氟斑牙的临床疗效。方法:80例氟斑牙患者被分为冷光美白联合祛氟剂组(31例)和光固化复合树脂组(49例),分别给予冷光美白联合祛氟剂技术和光固化复合树脂技术进行治疗,用vita比色板作脱色前后对比,并计算各组有效率。结果:冷光美白联合祛氟剂技术治疗氟斑牙的总有效率为96.8%,光固化复合树脂治疗氟斑牙的总有效率为73.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冷光美白联合祛氟剂技术治疗氟斑牙效果优于光固化复合树脂技术,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride-removing material and light-cured composite resin technology in the treatment of dental fluorosis. Methods Eighty patients with dental fluorosis were divided into two groups.31 patients were treated with cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride-removing material and the other 49 patients were treated with light-cured composite resin technology.vita shade guide was used for decolorization contrast,and the effective rate was calculate. Results The total effective rate of cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride-removing material for the treatment of dental fluorosis was 96.8, and that of light-cured composite resin group was 73.5% ,the difference of effective rate between them was significant (P〈O.05). Conclusion Cold light tooth whitening combined with fluoride-removing material is more effective and convenient technique to treat dental fiuorosis, and is worthy of clinical use.
