摘　　要：乳牙外伤可累及其继承恒牙胚,导致继承恒牙发育异常、萌出异常,严重时不得不被拔出。该文报告1例乳牙外伤导致继承恒牙发生萌出前牙冠内病损、并伴发阻生、釉质发育不全、牙根发育畸形。One of the most severe consequences of injury to primary teeth is the developmental disorder of permanent successor teeth.Affected permanent teeth may exhibit malformation and impaction,therefore extraction would be indicated in certain cases.In the present report,a case of primary teeth trauma followed by permanent teeth dysplasia is reported.
