摘　　要：目的:检测肾细胞癌组织中人造血相关的PBX相互作用蛋白质(HPIP)的表达,研究其表达水平与肿瘤临床病理特征及临床转归的相关性。方法:收集62例肾细胞癌患者资料和手术标本,平均随访时间41.2个月,应用免疫组化方法检测HPIP在肾细胞癌组织中的表达情况,将肿瘤分期、分级、转移、生存率等临床病理资料与HPIP表达水平进行相关性分析。结果:在肾细胞癌中,HPIP的表达水平与非肿瘤组织相比显著增加,并且与肿瘤的转移(P<0.001)、存活率(86.2%vs.72.7%,P<0.005)存在相关性;HPIP表达水平在不同年龄、性别、手术方式组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单变量分析显示HPIP的表达水平对肾细胞癌的发展和预后具有预测意义。结论:HPIP的高表达与肾细胞癌的进展呈正相关,检测HPIP的表达水平可用于肾癌的分期、分级及预后判断。Objective：To investigate the expression of HPIP in renal cell carcinoma（RCC）and to clarify its association with the clinicopathologic features and clinical outcome.Method：We collected clinical data and surgical specimens of 62 cases of RCC.The average follow-up period was 41.2months.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect HPIP protein expression in RCC.We analyzed the correlationship between the expression levels of HPIP and clinicopathological features such as tumor stage,grade,metastasis and patients＇ survival.Result：The expression levels of HPIP protein showed a significant increase in RCC compared with non-tumor tissue.The expression levels of HPIP protein were correlated with tumor metastasis（P〈 0.001）,and patients＇ survival（86.2%vs.72.7%,P〈 0.005）.No statistically significant differences were found between HPIP expression levels and age,sex,surgical methods（P〉 0.05）.Univariate analysis revealed the prognostic significance of HPIP expression in predicting RCC.Conclusion：The overexpression of HPIP in RCC have a significant positive correlation with progression and recurrence of RCC.Thus,detection of expression levels of HPIP protein is a useful method for evaluating tumor stage,grade and prognosis.
