载脂蛋白CⅡ在急性脑梗死患者血清中的动态变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨载脂蛋白CⅡ(ApoCⅡ)在急性脑梗死患者血清中的动态变化及意义。方法选取62例急性脑梗死患者为脑梗死组,同期健康体检者30例作为对照组,采用免疫透射比浊法测定对照组血清中ApoCⅡ含量以及脑梗死组患者发病第1、7、14天血清中ApoCⅡ含量的变化,并在每个时间点对脑梗死组患者进行NIHSS评分。结果每个时间点脑梗死组ApoCⅡ含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。脑梗死组发病初期血清ApoCⅡ含量最高,随着病情的恢复,脑梗死组血清ApoCⅡ含量呈逐渐降低的趋势。脑梗死组ApoCⅡ水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(r=0.83,P<0.00)。结论 ApoCⅡ水平异常与急性脑梗死发生密切相关,并与急性脑梗死病情严重程度存在着明显的相关性,监测其水平变化对于脑梗死的预防、病情改善有重要意义。Objective To study the dynamic changes and significance of sera apolipoprotein C-Ⅱ （ApoC Ⅱ）level in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods 62 patients with ACI were selected as ACI group and 30 healthy people in the same period were chosen as control group.The level of serum ApoC Ⅱ of ACI group was detected by immunity transmission turbidity on days 1,7 and 14 after strokeonset.NIHSS score of ACI group was examined at each time point.Results The level of serum ApoC Ⅱ of ACI group was significantly higher than that of control group at each time point （P＜0.05）.There was statistically significant positive correlation between NIHSS score and ApoC Ⅱ level （r=0.83,P＜0.00）.Conclusion The abnormal level of serum ApoC Ⅱ has intimate correlation with the occurrence of ACI.ApoC Ⅱ closely correlates with the severity of ACI.The level of serum ApoC Ⅱ may have prognostic value to ACI.
