湖南担保业产业组织现状及发展与完善的目标定位分析

摘　　要：为解决中小企业融资困难,世界各国普遍采用的一种金融支持模式是信用担保方式。本文在分析担保行业、担保企业运作和产品特点的基础上,揭示了担保企业集团化的必要性。然后运用SCP范式对湖南省担保行业进行了分析,认为通过组建担保集团是解决目前担保企业抗风险能力弱的有效方法之一。最后,通过湖南省担保市场容量的预测,分析了湖南省担保市场应达到的理想结构目标。To solve financing difficulties of SEMs, financial support mode adopts credit guarantee in the world widely. Based on the analysis of characteristics of the guarantee industry, guarantee enterprise operation and products, this paper reveals the necessity of Guarantee Enterprise Group, then uses the ＂SCP＂ model to analyze credit guarantee industry in Hunan. This article suggests that Credit Guarantee Group established through adjusting group behavior is one of the effective ways to solve the weak anti-risk ability of enterprise currently. Finally, through the guarantee market capacity prediction in Hunan, this paper argues that guarantee market should achieve ideal structure goal in Hunan.
